I, Ma. Maribeth F. Palco taking Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Physical
Education, writing this letter to excuse myself from attending the said Graduation Ball due to
the health condition of my youngest sibling, Ma. Michaella F. Palco, she’s diagnosed with a
disease of Hemolytic Anemia. She is currently hospitalized at Eastern Visayas Medical Center
in Tacloban.
We are currently experiencing financial burden and seeking for emergency blood (AB+)
assistance/donation.
