Managing pressure during busy periods and addressing networking challenges emphasized resilience, organizational skills, and proactive networking efforts. Despite these challenges, the OJT experience has become a transformative journey, shaping me into a more adept and capable professional, ready to navigate the complexities of a dynamic work environment. D. MAJOR LEARNINGS During my On-the-Job Training (OJT) in the faculty office, I gained valuable insights into diverse administrative procedures, honed effective communication skills through interactions with faculty and staff, and developed adept time management abilities to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Engaging in event coordination and meticulous record-keeping enhanced my organizational skills.
