I am writing to express my strong interest in pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Genoa in
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING. Having thoroughly researched your esteemed institution and the
outstanding programs it offers, I am convinced that the University of Genoa is the ideal place for me to
further my academic and professional goals.
I completing my undergraduate studies in master degree petroleum refining process engineering at
University of Boumerdes, Faculty of Hydrocarbons and Chemistry. Throughout my academic journey, I
have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence. During my first year of
university, I took courses in science and technology before specializing in process engineering at levels
L2 and L3. The teachings at the faculty allowed me to acquire in-depth knowledge in physics and
chemistry, covering various areas such as thermodynamics, electrochemistry, surface chemistry,
organic, inorganic, analytical, and industrial chemistry, as well as transfer phenomena and fluid
mechanics. My practical experience was enriched through two internships at the Arzew refineries of the
SONATRACH Company and the NAFTAL Company. Concurrently with my studies, I actively participated
in extracurricular experiences by joining the SPE Student Chapter Boumerdes scientific club and
founding the Chemical Engineering Club. These experiences allowed me to develop interpersonal skills
and deepen my knowledge beyond the academic framework. Regarding my language skills, I have a
good level of English and obtained a B2 score (452) in the French language proficiency (TCF). In addition
to my academic achievements, I possess excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
skills. I am confident that my diverse background and enthusiasm for learning will contribute positively
to the academic community at the University of Genoa.
I am particularly excited about the prospect of collaborating with renowned professors and engaging
with fellow students who share my passion for the domain of oil and gaz. My professional plan is
towards a career as an engineer, and I am convinced that an Italian diploma would open professional
doors both in Italy and in Algeria. This would allow me to consider a career within renowned companies
