Observations and Key Insights
Efficient workers:
 Monique (Project A and B): She completed her work without rework and rework,
indicating high efficiency and accuracy in time management.
 Tom (Project C) completed the work without rework and extra payments on time.
 Crystal (Project D): Steady performance with no rework. It is recommended to
continue with the same.
 Crystal and Sondra (Project C): High overall pay and completion of tasks without
rework. Should be supported and encouraged.
Prospective employees:
o Stanley (In Projects A,B,C,D,E): Steady performance with moderate rework in each
project.
o George (in projects B,C,D,E): High rework in all projects. Quality of task completion
should be reviewed and additional checks should be implemented.
And for the remaining employees, it is recommended to review plans and conduct root
cause analyses for overwork.
