VISAS REQUIREMENTS
Travelers with a valid European passport, Schengen visa, a valid passport or visa
of the United States, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
and the Republic of Ireland or a residence permit in those countries may enter
and stay in or cross the territory of Montenegro up to 30 days, and not longer than
the expiry of the validity of the residence permit or passport / visa.
VISAS REQUIREMENTS
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
During the summer, when Fly Dubai operates a direct line, holders of valid foreign travel documents
with a residence permit in the United Arab Emirates can enter, cross the territory and stay in
Montenegro for up to 10 days without a visa, if they have a certificate on the tourist arrangement (insurance,
accommodation, funds), return air ticket on the direct route United Arab Emirates - Montenegro, and provided
that the residence permit is valid for at least 30 days from the date of leaving Montenegro and have evidence of
adequate travel history.
UAE citizens (locals) do not need a visa to enter and stay in Montenegro for up to 90 days in a period of
180 days.
During the year, except summer period, Residents of UAE need a visa for which they can apply at the
Embassy of Montenegro in Abu Dhabi.

THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA
Visas for citizens of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is temporary suspended from 1st of June till 30th
of September and in that period the citizens of Saudi Arabia can stay, enter, cross the territory and
stay in Montenegro for up to 30 days, with a valid travel document without a visa.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia citizens (locals) with Schengen visa, United States visa and United
Kingdom of Great Britain visa do not need a visa to enter and stay in Montenegro for up to 90 days
in a period of 180 days. For those who don't have mentioned visas, the visa for Montenegro is
required and they can apply at the Embassy of Montenegro in Abu Dhabi or in Embassy of Serbia
(which, based on the agreement, covers Montenegro in the area of ​visa issuance) in Riyadh.
Applications are accepted 90-30 days before the travel.
Depending on other conditions defined by the Visa Regulation, residents must or may not have a visa.
If they need it, they can apply at the Embassy of Montenegro in Abu Dhabi or in Embassy of Serbia

Citizens of India need a visa when entering the territory of the Republic of
Montenegro. Montenegro does not have the embassy in India, so the the citizens

FLIGHT CONNECTIONS
In Montenegro there are two modern airports.
One in the capital city Podgorica (12km from the city center) and the other one in Tivat (4km
from the city centre).
