on this computer.

Step 2: Enable hosting

computer. Only the server computer should have this feature enabled.
•Once QuickBooks Desktop is open, select File from the menu.
•Hover over Utilities.
•Select Host Multi-User Access.
•Confirm by selecting Yes.
Step 3: Set up QuickBooks on a workstation
Now that your files are hosted over the network from the server, it's time to install QuickBooks on your workstations.
•Install QuickBooks Desktop on your workstations after downloading it.
•Choose Custom and Network Install for the installation type.
