•Choose your bank from the list.
•Enter your User ID/Login ID and Password for your bank's website.
•Click Continue.
•If your bank requires it, complete any additional security verification steps, and click Connect
securely.
•Click on the bank symbol to the left of your account to connect it, and from the drop-down menu,
select your bank type or credit card account. If you do not have an existing account, you will find an
option Add + New to create a new account.
•After you link your account for the first time, QuickBooks will download online
transactions for the last 90 days and your banking and credit card transactions
overnight. Transactions can also be downloaded for a shorter period if needed.
•Select Connect. This process may take a couple of minutes or longer.
•Once the download is complete, you will automatically return to the banking
page. The Review tab will contain transactions downloaded from your bank or
financial institution. You can review, categorize, and accept these transactions
in QuickBooks.
