1. Human Behavior in Organization • Having different personalities within a group can either do good or do bad. Fortunately, me and my groupmates managed to make it work. With collaborative effort and a bit of consideration on the ideas of each, our reporting turned out good. • Good communication always works. He tells me this is how he wanted to approach the task and I tell him mine. We assess what’s the appropriate one to adapt and if it’s possible to merge the ideas, then that is what we’ll do. 2. Employee Motivation • Being with the team who knows what their goals are is enough motivation to participate and contribute. • Leaders always see to it that the members know what they want to achieve. They assign the members to the tasks their good at after asking them about it. 3. Stress Management and Well-being • I am always stressed every time it’s exam week. I destress by walking at night and eating during the walk. • Schools and universities should lower the schoolwork load. They should just focus on the things that the students really need to learn and things that are aligned with the program they’re currently taking. They can also arrange a regular talk about mental health and wellbeing. 4. Communications in Organization • We talked about it. We learned that next time it is better to confirm things first before jumping into conclusions. • Effective communication opens a wide pool of ideas. If encouraged and initiated by the schools and universities, it will result to a much better learning environment. 5. Your message to your Human Behavior in Organization Instructor and what are comments to her teaching style? • I think it will be much better if she will incorporate some ice breaker in between her lessons. • I like her considerate nature. She’s kind and approachable. Thank you, Ma’am for this sem!
