N- Nominate
G- Generalize
E- Encourage the students to join the provided seminars.
● As a future educator, I should be capable of providing an inclusive
seminar or workshops where every student can enjoy themselves to
the fullest, but still upholding the ethics as a student. Furthermore, i
should also be knowledgeable on how to encourage my own students
to engage in the provided seminars.
N- Nominate ideas to create more inclusive programs for the betterment
of the school's cultures.
● As a teacher in the making, I should be capable of thinking or
brainstorming an idea that can be benefitted for both students and to
institutions. Why? Because if it's not beneficial to the institution, the
administrator might reject my proposed projects, or they might limit
it. As for the students, I should consider their interests for them to
fully participate and because those events were for them.
G- Generalize all the ideas to promote equality inside the institution.
● In the institution, we have various cultures, ethics, and beliefs to
consider in making a workshop, seminar, and other kinds of events.
As a Pre-Service Educator, I should be able to cater all the needs of the
students. I should create an equal environment for everyone.
