1. use present simple, present continuous and stative verbs
2. use the correct form of verbs in sentences given
TEACHING AND LEARNING ACTIVITY
Pre-lesson
1. Teacher enters the class and greets the students.
2. Teacher asks the students to recall last week lesson on present simple
Lesson Delivery
3. Teacher explain to students the grammar notes in ‘Grammar Help’.
4. Teacher instructs students to be in pair and copy grammar exercises from the
whiteboard.
5. Teacher asks students to be in pair answer the task in 20 minutes.
6. Teacher guides students to do Practice C, D and E.
Post-lesson
7. Students discuss the answer with teacher’s guidance.
8. Students complete the activity given by the teacher and make appropriate
corrections.

2. Use the correct form of countable and uncountable nouns in sentences.
TEACHING AND LEARNING ACTIVITY
Pre-lesson
1. Teacher enters the class and greets the students.
2. Teacher plays Youtube video related past tense on the computer and explains to the
students.
Lesson Delivery
3. Teacher asks students to write down the notes on their notebook.
4. Teacher lists out a few words and asks the student to change them into past tense
form .
5. Teacher directs students’ attention to the exercises on textbook.
6. Teacher gives time for the students to complete the exercise.
Post-lesson
7. Teacher discusses the answers as a class.
8. Students complete the activity given by the teacher and make appropriate
corrections.
REFLECTON
Students needed more exercises to enhance their understanding on the topic.
