Course Description
The primary goal of this course is to enable you to better understand the role of
information technologies in today’s business fields and how they affect influences on
many things around business activities: markets, processes, employees, consumers,
business partners, society, and others. This course provides the future managers/CEOs
with
insights
into
the
potentials
of
information
technologies
in
business
operations/strategies.
Course Objectives
The students will learn:
 The basic terms of IT and the recent IT trends
 To understand the role of IT in today’s business world and its impact
 Integration of business processes using IT
 The strategic use of IT
 To better prepare for future careers in business by understanding the value of IT
