1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.1. The goods must meet all the standard specifications described in the description of the
attachment 1.
1.2. The goods must be brand new. Year of manufacture of the goods should not be prior to
2023.
1.3. Seller guarantees normal operation of all goods to be supplied over 12 months from the date
of delivery.
1.4. Bidder must submit the drawwings and any documents that are related to items from 1 to 3
for evaluation.
2. REQUIREMENTS FOR CRITERIA OF MANUFACTURE:
2.1. The goods must meet the API Specification 6A.
3. REQUIREMENTS FOR TECHNIQUE, TECHNOLOGY:
3.1. For items 2 and 3, the spacer spools should be one seamless pipe welded with 2 flanges on
both ends. For items 1, the Adapter Spool could be a welded contruction adapter.
3.2. For items from 4 to 7, the bolts and nuts should be galvanized.
4. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATIONS:
Data books of items from 1 to 3 should be supplied by maker at delivery.
5. CERTIFICATE TO BE SUPPLIED:
11.1. The certificate of origin (CO), issued or authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce in
the exporting country or the manufacturer’s Country: Original(s) or E-cert. If the CO is issued
by the manufacturer(s): Original(s) should be provided.
11.2. The Certificate of Quality (CQ)/ Conformity issued by the manufacturer: Original(s) or Ecert.
11.3. Seller’s Certificate of Guarantee, undertaking that specifications of the goods conform to
the technical requirements and guaranteeing normal operation of the goods for 18 months from
the date of delivery: Original(s).
11.4. Hydrotest Report issued by the manufacturer: Original(s). Only applicable for items from
1 to 3.
