Part 1 (10 points). Write a semi-formal email.
You should write at least 80 words. Please count the number of words and write the word count in the space
below the email. Sign your email as Alex Brown.
You would like to take an exam of English as a foreign language and to get your English level certificate. Write a letter to
an exam center which organizes such type of examination and in your letter:



Explain why you need this type of the exam and certificate
Write how long and where you have been studying English and how well you know the language (writing,
speaking and reading skills)
Ask to help you to choose the correct level of the exam to take and what documents are necessary to present
before the day of the exam.
