Authorization and Introduction:
This document is only allowed for Headquarters of AAC, the US Air Force Headquarters, and those who are in
the Instructor Tem or above Flight First Sergeant. Anyone who is not in ACC will need to delete this document
immediately. This document provides all the information needed to host the second phase of Flight School. This
document includes the guide and the script on how to host the second phase of Flight School properly. The
attendees will be taught the basics of starting a helicopter and landing a helicopter properly. Then you and your
attendees will move on to the starting and landing of jets. If they did well, they passed the first section. Then
you will practice some formations with them. It can be on a helicopter or jet. (It is recommended to practice the
formations with the helicopter)

Section 1: Pre Tryout
In this section, we are going to talk about how to announce a phase in the
discord server. First, you go to the Flight School section in the ACC discord server.
Then you will navigate to #phase-announcements and announce the phase
with the format listed below or the format in the pinned section, whatever you
prefer.
Head down to the Air Force Base for the 2nd Phase of Flight School!

Section 2: Introduction
Hello, I’m your host for today, [ACC Rank] [Name], and welcome to your Flight School
II , you shall refer to me as [ACC Rank] and [ACC Rank] only.

Before we begin, I will now inform you about the rules of this Phase.
There are the tryout rules,
PTS [Permission To Speak] is active.
You have a total of 2 minutes to be AFK, more than that will result in a
dismissal.
You are not allowed to use your guns during this phase, If caught so, you will
face consequences.
You must be respectful to your respective hosts and recruits.
Trolling is not allowed in this phase. Anyone who is trolling will result in an
instant dismissal.
3 strikes/warnings and you will be dismissed.

Section 3: Classroom Part
➔ Before we enter the classroom, I will now tell you the classroom rules.
○ You aren’t allowed to use capitalized words.
○ Usage of “! “ Is prohibited.
○ If an officer is to walk into the classroom and he/she is the highestranking officer in the room, everyone MUST stand up and go to
attention as long as it is their first time entering.
○ No covers are allowed indoors.

● After that, ask your attendees to go in and stand behind a seat.

Welcome to the classroom portion of this phase. We will now go over all of the basic
formations that you must know when you are flying for the 94th Fighter Squadron.
I will now tell you the 3 easiest formations, which are Left, Echelon, Right Echelon
and the last one is Trail Information.
→ Show them how to do the formations, then test them about it.
→ Failure to do, so will result in a strike.

Section 4: Practice

we’ll have a test on you flying the jets that we use.

→ Spawn them a jet and ask them to start the plane, taxi to the runway, take off, and
fly 3 laps around the airbase.
●
Please get on the jet. I want you to start the plane, taxi to the runway, take off, and fly
3 laps around the airbase. (and landing If possible.)
→ View them and make sure they have done all of it.
→ If they’ve passed, send them back to you and ask them to STS.

Section 5: Logging
Make sure to send these messages via Discord DM’s.

Do you understand that flying without graduating flight school will result in an
exile if you have not graduated flight school.
If you did not request flight clearance it will be 300 JJs punishment. React to
this message once you have understood.
