Toolbox Talk
PPE’s Present
Logging of all personnel Present
Logging of safety topic that is mention to the crew
Logging of concern from the shift crew
Logging of handing over Duties EHS Team
Parking of Safety Vehicle at Safe Area
All visit must be logg down and to whom they come visit
A. All PPE must be present present and remind of the use of PPE’s at all time
B. Housekeeping Monitoring Daily
C. Hazard ID must be filled before commencing of working each Shift to be Monitored.
D. all other contractor coming to the site must bring their own PPE’s
H2S Equipment Monitoring
A. Inspection of H2S PLC checks for monitoring lights on and going up and down
indicating that it is working.
B. Check Sensor # 1, Senor # 2, Sensor # 3, Sensor # 4 and get it clean.
C. Bump Test each sensors and logged down reading of reaction of sensor to H2S gas
D. Check Battery strength on each sensors
E. H2S Canister 50 ppm for calibration wireless H2S
F. H2S Canister 25 ppm for Calibration of personal H2S
G. Multi Gas Canister for Calibration of Handheld Multi Gas Monitor and port connection
Breathing Apparatus
A. Compressor Fulling function
B. Cascade cylinder are full at all time
C. Test seat Valve that fully functioning open and closed smoothly
D. Check that high Pressure hoses that connect Cascade together are not damage
E. High pressure Manifold secured properly at the Doghouse out of lick way
F. Gauges on compressor and cascade system are fully functioning
G. Inspection of High Pressure line from the cascade to the high pressure Manifold
H. Monitor Cascade for losing pressure
I. Test low pressure hose that it has pressure
J. Quick connection and Quick release end hose are function and clean
SCBA 30 Minutes Pack
A. Check Cylinder that it is full
B. Check the gauge that it is not damage
C. Test the seat Valve that it is functioning by opening and closing it
D. Inspect the SCBA harness and in good function condition
E. Inspection of the Face Mask and must stay clean all time
F. 5 Minute Pack it must stay full at all time
G. Check the seat valve that it is functioning
H. Check the hose that connect to long line clean and functioning
I. Harness are in good condition
J. All must store safely at all time
K. Any faulty safety equipment must be report to Mr Bol immediately and get it address
Inspection of Drilling Site Location
A. Housekeeping in General
B. Mobile Toilet
C. Kitchen
D. Look for Fire Hazard
E. Look for spill from drums from vehicle from pumps
F. Proper storage Domestic Garbage
G. Inspection of fire Extinguisher
H. Inspection of changing and laundry Room
I. Inspection of Rig Equipment
J. Inspection of faulty electrical equipment
K. Inspection of emergency shower and eyewash by MUd Tank
L. Inspection of Chemical storage Area
M. Inspection Garbage Trailer and EHS service personnel will get it empty to the garbage
point
N. Check for Vehicle Lights are working when they left the Drilling Sites Location
O. Mud pit to be monitored for overflowing into the Environment
P. Monitored dehydration
Q. Monitored Chemical Handling
R. Monitored for Designated Parking Area
S. I believe as we finish Rig Down Safety Equipment secured the equipment with BNE
Dilling and that it end of contract
