NUTRITION COORDINATOR ABDUL WAHEED INSTITUTE OF ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES,
AVICENNA MEDICAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL
As a nutrition coordinator at Avicenna Medical College & Hospital, my role is to ensure that our patients
receive the proper nutritional care they need during their hospital stay. This includes working closely with
our medical staff and dietitians to develop individualized nutrition plans for patients, based on their specific
health needs and conditions.
In addition to this, I also play a key role in educating patients and their families about the importance of
proper nutrition and how it can impact their overall health and recovery. I provide guidance on healthy
eating habits and work with patients to develop personalized meal plans that are tailored to their needs
and preferences.
I also work closely with our kitchen staff and other food service professionals to ensure that patients are
receiving meals that are both delicious and nutritious. I am responsible for monitoring food quality and
making sure that all meals are prepared according to strict food safety guidelines.
In addition to these responsibilities, I also play a key role in promoting healthy eating and nutrition
throughout the hospital community. This includes organizing nutrition-related events and workshops, as
well as working with our marketing team to develop educational materials and resources that can be
shared with patients and staff.
Overall, my role as a nutrition coordinator at Avicenna Medical College & Hospital is to ensure that patients
receive the best possible care and support during their hospital stay, and that they have the tools and

As a Quality Assurance Intern at Malmo Foods, my role involved assisting the Quality Assurance team in

assisted in implementing and monitoring adherence to food safety and regulatory guidelines, and helped
to identify and resolve any issues that arose. Additionally, I assisted the team in developing and

PRODUCTION INTERN DAWN FOODS
As a Production Intern at Dawn Foods, I was responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the
production department. This included tasks such as monitoring and maintaining equipment, performing
quality checks on products, and assisting with packaging and labeling.
One of my main responsibilities was to assist with the production of various baked goods, such as cakes,
cookies, and pastries. This involved measuring and mixing ingredients, operating machinery, and
monitoring the production process to ensure that everything was running smoothly.
In addition to these responsibilities, I also assisted with maintaining a clean and organized work
environment. This included tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment, disposing of waste, and
ensuring that all safety protocols were being followed.
Throughout my internship, I was able to gain valuable hands-on experience in the production industry. I
learned about the importance of attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork in a production setting. I was
also able to develop my skills in problem-solving, communication, and time management.

As a Dietetic Intern at Fatima Memorial Hospital, my role was to assist the registered dietitians in providing

medical conditions, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs. I also assisted with the education of patients
