Drone Enabled Delivery System One of the high traffic city in India Highest number of orders i.e. 24% We have shortlisted Banglore city for Drone delivery system. Bangalore is suitable for experimental drone delivery execution model Presence of large population and target audience Drone Selection RADAR or SONAR Camera GPS and Visual sensing 3D obstacle sensing Other specifications already mentioned in case Flying range 7-8 Km 150-300 ft flying altitude Flight time 30 min Top speed 50 kph Maximum carrying capacity 5 kg Average speed 40 kph Packaging Food packed in tight container shown in picture The packed food is secured to the drone and the drone flies to the location shared by the customer Ensure no spills and placed inside a box specially designed for drone delivery Once it reaches the customer, it hovers over the site and will lower the package via a cable Execution Overview 01 02 Initiation Planning Order Placement from app Order received by restaurant and nearby drone station. Order confirmation 03 Execution Drone reach restaurant, collect order, Deliver and return to station 04 Control Navigation, GPS,camera and SONAR. Flight controller at drone station Execution of orders The customer selects a restaurant on Taclo mobile app while placing the order the customer gets to choose whether he wants to opt for drone delivery system. After placing the order, restaurants will get the signal and as well as the drone station near to the restaurant will receive the signal of orders. After reaching the restaurant ,the customer and the restaurant will receive a notification that the drones have arrived to pick up the orders along with the real time for the orders to get delivered. The drones after reaching the restaurant will collect the orders and take it to the customers location with the help of camera, GPS navigation and sonar technology , and a flight controller in the drone station along with the thermal sensor. Then after giving the orders the drones will go to the nearby station location. Safety Measures and Protocols Safety Concerns and privacy concerns Risk of collisions with other drone or hit by obstacles for which drone equipped with sensors like (LiDAR, GPS, ultrasonic) The use of drones raises privacy concerns, as they are equipped with cameras and other sensors that can collect personal data for which policies should be regularly updated. Technical Challenges weather/wind conditions that may affect flight stability Limited flight time, Loading Better stability system, automatic flight correction system, more powerful motors, Improved weatherproofing Safety Protocols No fly zone Maximum Altitude Remote Pilot License Flight path planning Insurance Approval Process Payment
