Global IT Managed Services
Once you will be onboarded with Tech Domain you will receive multiple tasks from us. Here is the brief overview
about the services we are providing to our clients globally. You will be assigned project as per your technical
skills.
Tools Requirements:
1- Must have
Cisco console cable & Small screwdriver set.
2- Optional
Drill Machine, Ethernet Tester, cross over/straight cables, Ladders etc

There will be remote team support during your activity on site
Data Centre Support
Data Centre Relocation (Move the equipment to next location) - Data Center
Connectivity (device installation& connectivity) - Data Centre Asset Inventory (Collect
the record of available devices in data center) - Rack & stack - Cabling (lay the cables
and devices connectivity) - Parts replacement (Cards or boards) - migration activities
(traffic migration from old to new devices)
Network Support
Network migration – Device’s replacement (routers, switches) – Parts (network card,
hard drive, cables) replacement – Network Deployment (installation, rack & Stack and
cable connectivity)
Smart Hands Support
IMAC (Install, Moves, Adds and Changes) Services - ITAD (IT asset destruction – to
collect the old devices, wipe the data and destroy the drives) – Retails Maintenance
Services (Support to install IT equipment, internet connectivity and tills for retails stores
like Nike, adidas, Dr Marten etc).

Hardware Maintenance Support
Storage Maintenance (it includes parts e.g. HDD replacement) – Servers Maintenance
(it includes server parts replacement like Drive or Motherboards)
Deskside Support
Windows Migration (You will be attending site or working remotely for windows and
software upgradation on client’s machine by using tools like SCCM. You will be taking
care of client ticketing system and troubleshooting problem) – Parts Replacement (Hard
drive & motherboards)
AV(Audio/Video) Installation Support
Conference Rooms Installation (you will be installing the Cisco conference rooms
including screens, pads and IP phones). NOC Installation (you will be installing screen
hardware for network operation center of client)
Wireless Surveys Support
You will be visiting the customer premises and perform the wireless surveys by using
Ekahu or Air Magnet tools. Pre & Post Deployment survey – Network Health Survey –
Active & Passive Surveys
