PRISM was able to caught a terrorist - Najibullah Zazi when he sent an email to his accomplice
in Pakistan. He could have pull off a 2009 plot to plant backpack bombs on New York City subways.

Tim Cook claimed that Apple did not possess the keys to open the phone’s encrypted files, and
neither the software to break the code. By forcing Apple to write the code, the FBI would violate
the First Amendment protection of freedom of speech.
4. What is FBI director James Comey’s argument in favor of introducing the back door?
He does not want to put anyone above the law.
