Declaration Form : - Stationaries/Posters - Medicine/ - Water Sample bottles. - Documents. - Personnel Tools/Special tools. 4. Dress Code (PCSB CoC) Compulsory to hand carry in the pocket. Not allowed to be kept in Check In or Hand Luggage. Smoking only at designated area. Defective luggage will not be allowed to be check in. (i.e. torn, damage & etc.) Luggage strongly advised to be padlocked/locked. Personnel with long hair (not more that coverall collar) is not allowed for boarding. Coverall with proper/suitable shoes. – slippers/sandal are not allowed. 5. Fake eOSP Passengers check in prohibited. Report will be raised to HSE for further investigation & action. 6. Certain amount or type of dangerous good might be allowed to be transported via FCB based on IMDG procedure, Approval shall be retained from PCSB Jetty Representative.
