This is to inform you that you, Felix D. Santos are granted permission by
Modesta C Tenay, the owner of the titled 2.5 hectare parcel of land located
at Purok5, Calaocan, Rizal, Kalinga, Philippines, to build your house dwelling
permanently at the designated portion, north end of the said parcel of land.
This email will also serve as your permission to install all and other utilities,
to include but not limited to electrical and plumbing, for your home use as
authorized and permitted by proper authorities.
