Job Purpose
This job is to strategically and competitively position the company in the relevant market(s)
in alignment with the set business goals and market growth. Using a range of products, the
job is to focus on customers, price, communicate and evaluate customer satisfaction in order
to contribute positively to business profitability.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
1. Manage market and brand strategies for multi-products under different subsidiaries
serving diverse nature of markets such as businesses and consumers
2. Conduct regular (qualitative & quantitative) market research, competitive analysis and
provide market insights for the management and the sales team to give commercial
direction
3. Analyze products’ marketing data, trends and business performance and apply market
decisions that contributes positively to the bottom line
4. Manage an integrated marketing communication strategy including BTL, ATL and digital
channels
5. Drive product management and advise on innovative product development
6. Lead company presence in exhibitions and open new markets
7. Build strategic business partnerships and dealerships with whole-sellers, re-sellers and
business affiliations
8. Evaluate the financial aspects of product & marketing budgets, expenses, return-oninvestment and profit-loss projections, and provide regular reports accordingly
Job Qualifications
Knowledge & Credentials
Bachelor degree is a must in Business or relevant field of study, Master degree is a plus

Proven past experience
Communications, Media and Market Research
Technology
Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications,
Proven past experience
internet and social media multi-channels
Relevant Work Experience
7+ relevant work experience in product marketing and marketing communications in an
industrial environment
Proven experience with effective consumer communication, business analytics and
people inter-personal skills
