Comprehensive Land and Water Use Plan (CLWUP) and Zoning Ordinance Proceedings a. The meeting commenced at 9:00 a.m. with representatives from DHSUD, MMDA, and the City Government of Pasig present. The purpose of the meeting was to address the major and minor comments provided by DHSUD and MMDA concerning the CLWUP and Zoning Ordinance, in anticipation of the Joint Technical Review scheduled for March 12, 2024. Discussion Points a. Review of Comments – The representatives from DHSUD and MMDA presented their major and minor comments on the CLWUP and Zoning Ordinance, emphasizing areas of concern and suggesting revisions for alignment with regulatory standards and urban development goals. b. Clarifications and Resolutions – Members from the City Government of Pasig, specifically from the City Planning and Development Office and the Office of the City Administrator, addressed the comments raised by DHSUD and MMDA. Clarifications were provided where necessary, and resolutions were proposed to address the identified issues. c. Action Plan – An action plan was outlined to incorporate the necessary revisions into the CLWUP and Zoning Ordinance. Responsibilities were assigned to VI. relevant departments within the City Government of Pasig to ensure timely implementation of the proposed changes. d. Preparation for Joint Technical Review – It was agreed upon that the revisions discussed during the meeting would be incorporated before the scheduled Joint Technical Review on March 12, 2024. All parties committed to collaborating effectively to finalize the documents for review. Conclusion a. The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of the commitment from all parties to work together towards the finalization of the CLWUP and Zoning Ordinance.
