ESTABLISHMENT OF LINKAGES WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND REFERRAL OF
POTENTIAL PARTNERS
WHEREAS, the School Governance Council of Samar National School is committed
to fostering collaborative partnerships and engaging with various stakeholders to enhance the
overall educational experience for students;
WHEREAS, the Council recognizes the importance of establishing linkages with
external organizations, agencies, and potential partners to bring valuable resources, support,
and opportunities to the school community;
WHEREAS, the Council acknowledges its role in identifying and referring potential
partners to the school head for further collaboration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the [Your School Name] School
Governance Council hereby establishes the following guidelines for the establishment of
linkages with stakeholders and the referral of potential partners:
Identification of Stakeholders:
The Council shall actively identify and assess potential stakeholders, including local
businesses, community organizations, non-profits, and government agencies, that can
contribute positively to the school's goals and objectives.
Establishment of Linkages:
The Council shall work collaboratively with identified stakeholders to establish meaningful
linkages. This may include organizing meetings, events, or joint initiatives that benefit the
school and its community.

Referral of Potential Partners:
The Council may identify potential partners that align with the school's mission and objectives.

The Council shall maintain open communication with the school head regarding potential
partners, ensuring that all referrals are accompanied by relevant information and a rationale for
collaboration.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
The Council shall monitor the progress and impact of established linkages and referred
partnerships. Regular reports on the outcomes and benefits of these collaborations shall be
provided to the school head and the broader school community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution on the establishment of linkages
with stakeholders and the referral of potential partners shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
This resolution was adopted by the Samar National School-School Governance Council on
December 1, 2023.
