Clotrimazole (clozox vaginal) 5g intravaginaly daily for 7-14 days Ciprofloxacin 500mg BD for 6. Buscopan plus TID for 7d OR Ceftriaxone 1g iv plus muscle spasm 24 hours dose of gentamicin 7. Panadol extra 2 tab TID 7mg/kg iv Gentamicin 7mg/kg iv for 24 Metronidazole 500mg BD for hours Bacterial vaginosis Vaginal discharge, Vaginal pain Vaginal Trichomoniasis Vaginal discharge, Dysuria, Pruritis Metronidazole 500mg BD for 7d Vaginal candidiasis Pruritus is common, Vaginal discharge, Dysuria Clotrimazole (clozox vaginal) 5g intravaginaly daily for 714 days Azithromycin 1gm orally in a single dose OR Ceftriaxone 250mg IM in a single dose Chancroid Granuloma inguinale Lymphogranul Venereum Syphilis The combination of one or more deep and painful genital ulcers and tender suppurative inguinal adenopathy Mix Treatment 7d Painless, slowly progressive ulcerative lesions on the genitals or perineum Azithromycin 1gm PO once weekly and until all lesions have completely healed Altern.Doxycycline 100mg BD for at least 3 weeks Heterosexuals is tender inguinal or femoral lymphadenopathy that is typically unilateral.
