“BRIDAL MAKE UP COMPETITION”

Guidelines and Mechanics
1. This is open to all make-up artists residing in Barangay Calumpang, General Santos City.
2. This is open to all ages as long as you possess prior experience as a makeup artist.
3. Participants must contact SK Kagawad Jestler Salubre on his Facebook account for application
4. The participants must be an LGBT+ member.
5. Participants are responsible for bringing their own makeup kit, including cosmetics, brushes, tools, and
accessories.
6. Participants must bring their own model for the competition.
7. Models should be available for the duration of the competition and must be at least 18 years old.
8. Models must not be a Miss Calumpang Candidates 2024.
9. No assistants will be permitted. Makeup artist and model only permitted on competition floor.
10. Each participant will be allotted a one (1) hour time for makeup application.
11. Participants must adhere to the allotted time frame strictly.
12. Makeup artists will be judged based on creativity, technical skill, and overall presentation.
13. The judging panel will consist of experienced makeup artists, beauty industry professionals, and bridal
experts.
14. Judges' decisions will be final and non-negotiable.
15. Prizes will be awarded to the top participants based on their scores from the judging panel.
16. Participants must conduct themselves professionally throughout the competition.
17. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
18. Participants and models must adhere to the rules and instructions provided by the competition organizers.

● Bridal makeup application (foundation, contouring, highlighting, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara,
eyebrows, lips) 20%
● Attention to detail (blending, symmetry, precision) 20%
● Color selection and coordination 20%
● Ability to enhance the model's features while maintaining a natural look 20%
● Overall coherence and harmony of the bridal makeup look 20%
REQUIREMENTS NEEDED FOR SUBMISSION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
● Proof of residency (Barangay certification, Purok clearance, ID etc.)
Note. Failure to submit any of the above mentioned requirements will render the registration void.
