Carla has 3 decades of business leadership experience as former General Manager of CNN
Philippines and Airtime Sales Head for Skycable with over 3000 hours of professional coaching
experience. Her coaching mastery focuses on behavioral change, leadership development,
resilience building, stakeholder-centered coaching, team coaching and systems thinking.
As a champion of the human spirit, Carla lives each moment cognisant that every breath is a gift.
After beating COVID-19 in the early days of the pandemic, she created advocacies to support
survivors and healthcare workers on the frontlines. Even in the face of adversity, she lives out a
story of faith, hope, and resilience.
After graduating with distinction from Harvard Business School in 1991 (with stints on
Wall Street, real estate, and work with micro-businesses in Kenya before then),
Andrew led multi-million dollar consulting engagements for an international
consulting firm. He also rotated as the firm’s Director of Training and Professional
Development, responsible for the training and development of 3,200 professionals.
