PREPARATION OF PROJECT PROPOSAL
A. PROJECT TITLE: Outreach program for Orphan children
B. RATIONALE:
The Outreach Program for Orphan Children puts forward a thorough intervention
designed to meet the many needs of those who are orphaned in our community.
Taking into account the vulnerabilities orphans experience as a result of the
absence of parental guidance and support, this project aims to offer
comprehensive help to enhance the development and well-being of these
youngsters.
C. OBJECTIVE
The objective of this project is to create bond between orphan children and preservice to make them feel love and to teach every orphan kid the values that
would help them grow as better person because the aim of this program is to give
hope for orphans and see changed, one child at a time.
D. PROJECT RESPONDENTS/CLIENTELES:
Maximum of 43-50 Orphan kids age 6 years old and above

Saint Francis Orphanage, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City
F. DATE OF IMPLEMENTATION
April, 27 2024
G. METHODOLOGY/STRATEGY:
After the background research of the said program we need to make strategies
such as making goal, assessment need, program design, collaborative partnership,
educational support and health care access by following these methodology and
strategy we can a successful program.
H. RESOURCE BUDGET AND OF BUDGETARY ALLOCATION
The budget for these said program are come from, donations, selling of souvenirs,
and finding a well partnership for this activity.
I. EXPECTED OUTPUT/ OUTCOME
The outcome for this program is success, by giving warmth for every orphan kid
and letting the participant who help in said program to feel the sense of
fulfillment.
