advertisement
After putting the agar in a petri dish for a few days
we observe the colonies that grow in the petri dish
from what i observe the form is circular . even
though all of the colony is not grown completely yet
but from what is already grown it is hard to find the
actual diameter or size of the colonies on the
bacteria but all the colonies is also called as a
punctiform (Tiny colonies).
From the side of petri dish we i can see that the
elevation is flat it is not raised , and the surface of
the petri dish it can be seen that there was a few
colony that appear from what i see there is only 4
types of colony :
-White dots / circles
-Light green / yellowish green circles
-Grey circles.
The surface color is yellow and also make it a little
bit opaque,
