In lands of yore

advertisement
In lands of yore, where whispers wove,
A tale unfolds, of love and trove.
Amidst the towers, in realms afar,
Lies the saga of a radiant star.
A princess fair, with eyes aglow,
In silken gowns, she'd often flow.
Her laughter danced like melodies,
In gardens lush, 'neath ancient trees.
With hair like spun gold, and skin like cream,
She wandered through her castle dream.
In chambers vast, she'd often roam,
A sovereign soul, in her own home.
But fate, a capricious, fickle thing,
Unfurled its wings with a subtle sting.
For kingdoms crave both peace and might,
And war clouds gathered, shrouding light.
Besieged by foes on every side,
The princess faced a turbulent tide.
Yet, courage coursed within her veins,
As storms may rage, but courage reigns.
She donned her armor, gilded bright,
With resolve ablaze, she faced the fight.
For she was more than silk and lace,
A warrior princess, in every space.
Her sword gleamed fierce, in battle's gleam,
A beacon of hope, in darkest scheme.
With allies staunch, and spirits high,
She dared to reach for the endless sky.
Through trials dire and battles grand,
She held her ground, she took her stand.
For royalty lies not in birth alone,
But in the heart, where valor's grown.
And so, the tale of this princess bold,
In history's pages, forever told.
A beacon of strength, a timeless art,
A princess who conquered every part.
