qualitiful food and beverage products to customers maintaining proper nutrition
values at a affordable cost.The company is working for the welfare of people to
ensure the access and availability of safe,nutritious and qualitiful food options.
Vision: Pran food company works with a vision to improve livelihood.The company
is working with utmost dedication in the foresighted leading of Mr.Ahsan to become a
place of trust to humankind in the sector of safe food products.They are working very
hard to uphold the name of Pran in the food and beverage industry both domestically
and globally.They aim to increase their product portfolio,innovation and market reach
by making their products affordable and accessible for the people from all walks of
life.

Political: As Pran food company has business relations with different areas and
countries so,political stability is a factor for its business operations.The company can
be affected if changes are made in rules and regulations,trade policies and the
support of government.Any violations with proper tax issues may harm the company.
Economic: The economic factors of the company; like, expansion,the rate of
exchange and the purchasing power of the customers have a great impact for the
company’s pricing and the profit mergin.
Social: The company is working continiously in products developments keeping in
mind some social factors like changing customers choices,food habits and health
conciousness issues.They are going through necessary measures to meet the
raising demands of their customers.
Technological: To meet the evolving demand of the customer technological
advancement is necessary.Keeping that in mind,the company invests in technology
to enhance production, maintain quality of the products and distribution.
Environmental: To run the company in an ethical way environmental factors are
essential due to carbon footprints and pollution targets. Pran food company has
given a great effort to reduce carbon footprint and in producing environment friedly
products.They have worked and still working continuously both in production process
and packaging process so that their production doesn’t affect the environment.
Legal: To run business in the ethical way the company must follow the international
food standards and food safety rules and regulations and keeping that as a concern
Pran food company is producing their products.Any violation or changes in the food
safety regulations can cause a very hard and tough consequences for the company.

maintaining a market share can be a challenge for Pran. Again,basing on the
company’s scale of operations,ensuring a consistent supply of raw materials can be
also a challenge.The growth of Pran food company depends on the specific

for Pran’s profitability.
