INTRODUCTION
In the following, you will hear my success story and how i became the person
that i am today. Do not worry, when i started my life transforming journey i
was in the same place as you. My life was a mess, i was overweight, on a daily
basis i was easily distracted with things that bring useless dopamine
satisfactions. I could say my mind was the master of me and not the other way
around. I was working my white collar job in accounting, but I was never
satisfied, because i knew i was meant for something more. My inner self kept
stopping me from performing at the top level. I couldn't stand people bossing
me around, always telling me what to do and that my work isn't good enough.
My path was hard because i had to do all the things by myself, i didn't have a
mentor. Now don't worry, you will not be alone on your transforming path, i
will guide you through this process with my principles and discipline that i
have learned. we will go through When reading this manual we will go
through 5 phases that you will need to implement in your life in order to
achieve the full wolf personality and become the master of the sheep. In this
journey of self-improvement, the key lies in the consistent application of
transformative techniques, as they serve as the scaffolding upon which
personal growth is built. Success is not a destination but a continuous
process, and the daily repetition of these techniques must become the
cornerstone of shaping the life you desires. By integrating these practices

interacting with others. Also silence is a great way to think about yourself and
your next move in life.
DAILY TASK
When talking to someone observe their behavior such as body language, facial
expressions, eye contact and words that they are saying. Make a list of things that
you saw. Examine the list and figure how to use those things to your advantage to
better that relationship or get the final result that you want.

DAILY TASK
Write down 3 subjects that interest you the most. Now pick 1 out of 3 and start
learning things about it and dig deeper into it. Observe your language
and start using positive words for negative situations. Try and meditate for
10-15 min a day and get rid of all distractions in your surroundings.

being in your (wolf pack). Test their loyalty, their support, their drive by asking
them for favors. Also try and find out if u have common goals, Write those
goals down and start taking action towards them.
