Sigmund Freud was born May 6, 1856 – in Freyberg Moravia, Austrian Empire (NOW: it was Pribor,
Czechia) (PRONOUNCE ANI),

He was a Founder of Psychoanalysis

As matter of fact, there is a concept of Sigmund Freud about psychoanalysis, it will be report to Ms.

SUGOD TAS SA TIMELINE NI SIGMUND FREUD__
1876-1882 – Freud worked for Ernst Wilhelm von Brucke in the physiological institute of Vienna.
(naghulog ni siyag teacher ni Sigmund Freud) (Nahulog na 6 years na nag worked kay Brucke)
1881- Sigmund Freud graduated from the Medical Faculty at University of Vienna.
(since nakabantay mo na 1882 siya last ni worked kay Bruke then he already graduated on 1881, it
means bisan na na graduate na si freud, ni work gihapon siya kay bruke for a 1 year)..
1884- Worked with one of the leading Viennese doctor – Josef Breuer, (Mao tuh akong giingon ni
FRILIE na naa siyay ka workmate na ni MR. JOSEF Breur.).
1885-1886 – Freud worked in the Salpetriere hospital in Paris with the French neurologist Jean-Martin
Charcot. (So basically nilarga si Freud sa Paris, then naki work siya sa usa ka French neurologist in
Salpetriere Hospital, it is because naa siyay interest in what lay beyond conscious life wherein si Sir
Jean martin ray nakabalo.) (Mao nang ganahn siya makabalo)..
1896 – The psychoanalysis was officially recognized. ( Na known na ang psychoanalysis og dili lang ang
psychoanalsysis ang na recognized pati na din si Sigmund Freud) (char na popular)
Syempre maka ask gyud mo, about ni Josef Breuer sa….. Dili mabalaka kay si Breuer kay na best
known for his collaboration with Sigmund Freud and for introducing Freud to the case of Anna O.
But the first who discover it, was Sigmund Freud, kaya siya ang Father of Psychoanalysis.
ACHIEVEMENTS
1900 – Was released the fundamental work for the whole of psychoanalytic theory “Interpretation of
Dreams” written by Freud.
1902 – Sigmund Freud was appointed professor of neuropathology at the University of Vienna. After
some time was formed a circle around Freud’s followers.
1908 – Takes place the First Congress of the International Association of Psychoanalysis.
1915-1917 – At the University of Vienna, Freud advocated with great course called “Introduction to
Psychoanalysis”.
1930, Sigmund Freud becomes the winner of Goethe’s Literary Prize.
4 June 1938, Sigmund Freud left Vienna for England, where he would spend the last year of his life.
23 September 1939, Sigmund Freud died in the Hampstead house that is now the London Freud
Museum.
Freud’s death may have been a physician-assisted suicide.
Physician-assisted suicide means you request to the doctor to assist your death, it is because na basin
naglisod na siya sa iyang sakit, iyang sakit kay naa siyay mouth cancer. Maybe through medicine or
unsa pa dha.
Lahi siya sa Euthanasia, kay ang euthanasia, the patient doesn’t request it but either his/her siblings
or relatives, because nakita na siblings or relatives na naglisod na siya… Ending person’s life by a
painless means.
