EXAMINATION: AP and lateral radiographs of the lombosacral joint CLINICAL HISTORY: 88 year old male with prior 2 months of lower back pain TECHNIQUE: frontal and lateral views of the lumbosacral spine COMPARISON: None FINDINGS: There is radiographic evidence of posterior spondylolisthesis at L4 on L5 (grade I) with pars interarticularis defects and osteophytic structures around the vertebral bodies. Osteosclerosis is also seen at L2-L3 level. IMPRESSION: 1. Posterior grade I L4 on L5 retrolisthesis. 2. L2-L3 spondyloarthrosis.
