Element Names
 보통 SITE, ZONE, EQUI, SUBE, PIPE, BRAN, STRU, FRMW,
SBFR 등과 같은 Administrative Element는 Name을
명시적으로 이름을 할당
 보통 Displayed Elements(Primitives)에는 이름을
할당하지 않음
 /로 시작. WORLD는 /*
 MDB안에 속해있는 모든 DB중에 유일해야 함
 50자 이하. 대소문자 구분. SPACE 허용 안 함
 명시적으로 명명하지 않으면 System Name으로
보여지지만 내부적으로는 =23574/2152와 같은
Reference number로만 사용됨
 Reference number는 삭제 후에도 재사용되지 않기
때문에 Project 전체에서 유일
