We are Ukrainians who arrived to Calgary under the CUAET program and are therefore eligible to work
and live In Canada. Unfortunately, we do not have any credit score as newcomers. However, we could
demonstrate our reliability as tenants by providing our savings and reference from our previous
landlord. My name is Anastasia, I am a Finance Specialist with experience in large international
companies, I'm currently in the recruitment process. My husband Mykhailo is an Elevator Installation
Engineer with a huge experience, he is applying for on-site positions. We have an 11-year-old son named
Nikita. We are quiet and friendly, good neighbors who always pay bills on time and care for the
property. We are non-smoking family, without any other bad habits. Also we don't have any pets. We
have booked a temporary accommodation till April 1, so we are looking for permanent apartment from
April 1. We are able to pay for the rent for 2-3 months in advance, if necessary.
