It frequently aids in keeping human skin moisturized. It is beneficial for soothing human skin. Additionally, moisturizers and a lot of vitamins can be produced by cream in addition to human skin. In addition, researchers discovered that gumamela (Hibiscus rosa-sinesis Linn) may be turned into a body cream by using the essence of its extract. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY A high mucilage content of hibiscus enhances the skin’s ability to retain moisture which is a key factor of retaining a youthful complexion. Naturally, moisture rich qualities of Hibiscus help skin stay hydrated, soft, and supple for longer, keeping dry, dull skin, at bay (H. Meghan, 2019). Certain cultures use hibiscus as an alternative medicine. One primary use is for wound healing. Petals are ground as a poultice and applied to a wound. This ground-up mixture is also used to treat swelling and boils. A mixture of the red and white flowers is a Kelantan antidote for poison. The Gumamela (Hibiscus Rosa-sinesis) is one of the best sources of Vitamin C. Antioxidants play a big role in our physical appearance, and they are also a species that can be a source of this type of vitamin.
