Job Description ORGANISATION NAME POSITION Saint Gobain Construction Chemicals Management Trainee JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Result Areas: • Will be responsible and accountable for Sales & Business Development of Construction Chemical products (complete product range including Concrete Admixtures, Water Proofing, Adhesives, Sealants, VAPs etc) • Influencing customer thru Business Development initiatives, Brand building activities, Networking which will help in building pipeline for sales • Daily customer visits – Clients / Consultants / Contractors • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. • Taking initiatives for Competition product benchmarking – on Technical & Commercial parameters • Liaise and attend meetings and trials with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development and function as a Sales representative of the company. • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys • Maintain pricing parameters and margin control • Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE MBA – Sales & Marketing (B Tech / BE Civil will be an Educational Qualifications Minimum years of experience added advantage) Minimum 0 - 2 years of Experience. Nature of experience • • Specific skills / Personal attributes Some experience in relevant field prior to MBA will be given weightage Good hand-on on computer like Excel / Word & Power Point. Good in communication, Confident, Self Motivated, Analytical abilities, Energetic & Proactive & good in interpersonal skills.
