What are your realizations about your performance and preparation for the midterm practical test? Low Impact Aerobics includes a wide range of exercises to choose from. Realizations work its way about how we can perform these exercises, what is the most appropriate and best workout plan for our body type. I belong to the Mesomorph body type, which is the most commonly recognized as a normal body type. However, during my preparations for our practical test, I struggled to get my body in condition. This adds to the realization I had after finishing my video contribution a little later than I usually do. And since the week before the submission was so hectic, with term papers, research, and presentations for other subjects, it affected my performance for our midterm practical test. Finally, because I was dissatisfied with my video performance, I attempted to make up for it by the editing of the two video activities for our group so they will not feel down, and they can get motivated by our own work out. 2. Identify the high points in your performance. With the video activities and midterm practical test, I can conclude that my body and I have gained a little more motivation to resume working out. My performance in these videos helped me realize that I sought to get into the body shape I've been aiming for since the pandemic began. Besides that, I was more interested in understanding more about the workout plans and meals that my body type should consume. I also had a great time doing the new exercises, which were so challenging that I had to try them out on my own workout sessions. Enumerate 1-2 concerns within your group or groupmates and how do you intend to address them? To be honest, the only concerns I had for my groupmates were two: our investment of time in creating outlines for our presentations and our video editing skills. Although we had been finishing everything on time, the process has become much more stressful, and communication is difficult because we are all in different courses. The differences in our schedules are negatively impacting our meeting and presentation planning. In terms of video editing skills, I speculated that not everyone in the group was engaged in the field. This is because the editing task is always centered on Ms. Marasigan and me, as well as Ms. Mangilit and Mr. Rojas, who recently assisted us in compiling the videos. I intend to address these issues by first contacting Ms. Marasigan, who will support me in starting a conversation with our groupmates. Usually, I create sample outlines and ask my groupmates to review and understand them so that we can create the final outline. I spend time talking to them and asking them to help with research. I only have a minor issue with editing, but the groupmates I mentioned are reaching out to me to help us finish our video activities on time. I'm still trying to ask others about it, but some of them are adamant that they can’t, and others simply don't respond. I hope that we can get through these matters until we finish the final exam. 4. What are your next steps after your performance? Write them down. - Encourage myself and my groupmates to improve our video performances or presentation as we are nearing the finals. - Use our own video exercises to relive the workout sessions I discontinued. - Make an effort to talk more about our presentations with my groupmates. - Dedicate more time and effort in improving my video editing skills as well as my exercise performance. - Balance my time on finishing tasks on other subject and video or presentations in our P.E. class. - Get myself ready as well as my groupmates on the incoming video activities and the performance task for our finals.
