They have multiple postings on Indeed for openings in my hometown and it is a common place for people to look for employment. Another important recruitment channel is social media. Much of the incoming workforce are young people, and they often frequent social media making it efficient for recruitment. A third distinct recruitment channel that HUB utilizes is Job Fairs. Job fairs are a great opportunity for both employers and employees to find employment or employees. Another recruitment channel is on HUB’s company website, as they can post positions they are looking to fill. The final recruitment channel is Employee referrals and word of mouth. A current employee has the knowledge and experience to notice great traits or characteristics of potential employees.
