The Challenge Before implementing Zoho, Kronos XP was using an accounting software that had been in use for ten years. Over time, the software became increasingly expensive to maintain with frequent updates, bugs, and outdated features. The software also had poor customer service, which added to the challenges faced by Kronos XP. As a result, the software was no longer able to meet the growing needs of the business. Kronos XP was also relying heavily on manual labor for its accounting processes. This created inefficiencies and added to the workload of the small team. Additionally, the lack of a centralized system for workflows led to a scattering of information, making it difficult for the team to stay organized and keep track of their work. These challenges were adversely affecting the business by reducing efficiency, adding to the workload of the team, and hindering their ability to keep track of their work Finding a solution In order to overcome these challenges and meet their growing needs, Mélanie did extensive research on the different systems available on the market and finally discovered Zoho Books while attending a trade show in Montreal. She was particularly interested in the diversity of features, the multiple other Zoho applications that could be integrated together, and the significant opportunities to optimize her operations. By implementing Zoho, Kronos XP was able to improve efficiency, reduce manual labor, and centralize workflows, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality experiences to their clients. Working hand-in-hand with Cofinia Conseil, Kronos XP was able to make a smooth and easy transition to the zoho apps. Following Cofinia Conseil’s process was easy, from implementation to the trainings and support, Mélanie found that the partner helped her get a solid background to be able to use Zoho seamlessly.
