SETTLEMENT OF OUTSTANDING DEBT AND TRANSFER OF PROPERTY
LAND TITLE NUMBER NGONG/NGONG/37306 (the “Property”)
Reference is made to the above matter in which George Mwongera Imathu of ID No. 11607038
and of P.O Box 427-00200 Nairobi has an outstanding debt of Kenya Shillings Five Hundred and
Twenty Thousand (Kshs.520,000.00) with yourselves secured by the above property. The parties
have now agreed to settle the debt and to have the property transferred back to the joint names of
George Mwongera Imathu and Regina Nkirote Marete of ID No. 21997584. The parties have
agreed that payment shall be paid as advised by yourselves in exchange of the land transfer
completion documents of the title which shall handed over to Pastor Samuel Kingori for onward
transmission to Regina Nkirote Marete for transfer of the land exercise.
