The Hunger Games is a movie
based on a novel series. The
novel series is written by
Suzanne Collins. The movie is
directed by Francis
Lawrence and Gary Ross. The
producers of the film are Nina
Jacobson and Jon Kilik. The film
is about a girl named Katniss
(Jennifer Lawrence), who is a
natural archer and goes into a
battle of survival The Hunger
Games is about players fighting
for survival and to be the last
one standing.

While reading the book
we are inhabiting katniss'
mind, via fisrt person
narrative.
In the book it's made clear
that katniss is faking her
affection for peeta in
order to solicit medical
supplies.
humanize the
characters
One of the major fellings of the
book and movie was that there
was no attempt, no even a little
bit, to humanize the career
tributes including Cato, Clove,
Glimmer and Marvel.
