We have 3 legal entities and 3 business units in Egypt, KSA and UAE. All the entities are working in constructions and the headquarter is located in KSA Data is shared across the entire enterprise however; jobs and grades may differ from entity to another Multiple assignments are allowed in UAE only Person numbers should be generated automatically using a sequence as follows: country code + hire date + person number. Ex: EG01012020210, KSA250920191 Each entity has 3 jobs, 3 departments, 3 positions, 3 grades. Each grade has a minimum and maximum salary and all of them are assigned to a grade ladder (Use HSDL in this point) Each entity has different sectors which group some departments Each department has different sections below. Ex: HR department has compensation & benefits, personnel and organization development sections We need to differentiate between employees: Local & Expat Two different managers should be assigned for employees, Line Manager & Dotted Manager Just three employees are ready now to be hired. o Employee 1, reporting to Employee 2 (Line Manager) and Employee 3 (Project Manager) o Employee 2, reporting to Employee 3 (Line Manager & Project Manager) o Employee 3, is the top manager We need to configure a place where employees can upload their official documents. Ex: University Certificate, Military Certificate, ID We need to add an extra field in assignment page to capture if the employee is registered for social insurance or not, and if yes there should be another field to enter the insurance number We need to make sure that: o Employees can only view their own data o Manager can only view their teams o HR specialist for each country can only view his country In assignment screen, Position field must be required Please make sure that all roles are assigned to employees based on their role in the enterprise, and also please make sure that the required processes are scheduled to avoid any glitch in the system We need a report shows all the employees in the system and their employment info (Person Number, Job, Department, Position)
