Item insufficient sufficient explanation Introduction x Missing Management Summary x Missing APA Referencing Assessment form internal communication report x The situational anayl Part 1 - Research Assessment criterion Comments (your points for improvement) Minimum requirements) 1. Situation Analysis (30pt) The situational anaylysis is very short and consists of just a few lines of text and one statement. The analysis lacks information on a vision for the program. The problem statement is very general and fails to explain the specific context for the ES program. The student shows a limited grasp of the organisational and situational context. The company’s main problem and an intercultural challenge have been identified. Although the intention of the researchers is clear, some of the terms in the questions remain vague; this especially true for the term ‘inclusivity’ (subquesiton 1 and 2). Subquestions 3 are two questions in one. Most of the research questions are clear and give direction to the rest of the project. The explanation of the data is very short and is missing important information such as research period, sample size and sample characteristics. There is a limited description of the used data and used methods that covers the used research strategy to a basic extent. 2. Research questions (10pt) 3. Data and methods (10pt) Comments (your strong points) Score 6 30 The research questions show the direction of the research. 7 10 The explanation of the data does mention what scales where used in the survey. 2 No information is given on methods. 10 4. Analysis (30pt) The reasoning behind the analysis is missing; why were these specific variables selected from the dataset? The data analysis is conducted and presented properly, but contains some mistakes or misinterpretations. The t-test are properly conducted and interpreted. 21 30 2 5. Conclusions (20pt) The connection between authority problems and a food event needs further explanation. The conclusions are lacking some relevant information and are mostly tailored to the specific organisation. The results from the data analysis are mostly linked to conclusions in a logical way. 15 20 6. Internal message employees European Studies PASS / (PASS/FAIL) FAIL TOTAL SCORE PART 1 (100 max) 51 Part 2 - Campaign Assessment criterion 1. Campaign concept (30pt) 2. Creative work (20p) Comments (your points for improvement) Minimum requirements Comments (your strong points) The campaign concept is mostly clear, convincing and raises few questions. Especially for the teacher the link between the recommendations and the goals is vaguely explained in the concept part. Unfortunately no creative concept work 18 The idea is nice and relatively written down in a convincing way. It would add value if you visualized the idea in an attractive way. The campaign is attractive, sparks some enthusiasm and contains few flaws in its design. Score 30 The communication mix is worked out in an attractive way 12 Where did you implement CTA? 20 14 3 The campaign is sufficiently matched with the conclusions and only a few links are still unclear or unconvincing. 3. Match with conclusions (20pt) 20 Mostly logical connection conclusion-goalcampaign 4. Match with target audience (20pt) The role of the staff is not really clear in the campaign 5. Overall cohesion and integration (10pt) . 6. Lay-out The campaign is matched with the target audience but a few links are still unclear or unconvincing. 12 20 Most of the different elements of the campaign support or reinforce each other. Well thought application of the ADKAR model 8 Communication mix is well explained 10 The document is of a basic quality with minor mistakes and/or inconsistencies. 14 20 TOTAL SCORE PART 2 (120 max) 78 TOTAL SCORE PART 1 + PART 2 (220 max) 129/6,0 4
