OF ANTIQUE HELD ON DECEMBER 9, 2023 AT 1:00 IN THE AFTERNOON AT THE
BULUANGAN II SESSION HALL.

MINUTES OF MEETING
December 9, 2023
Prayer : Opening prayer is led by SK Member Jezon A. Tamunde
Roll Call: Presiding Officer SK Chairperson Jobert John M. Laude conducted the roll call
which resulted to 8/10 overall attendance of Sangguniang Kabataan Officials. Attendance
signing follows afterwards.
A. Agendas;
I. Preparation for Sitio Dugman’s Religious Fiesta 2024;
II. Clean-Up Drive at Sitio Dugman Plaza 2023;
III. Sitio Dugman Gymnasium and Basketball Court Maintenance project 2023;
IV. Inter-Purok Basketball Tournament for Fiesta 2024; and
V. Additional Agendas. Clean-Up Drive at Buluangan II Tanod Outpost.
B. Meeting Proper
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary Anjie Lou M. Regondon read the meeting minutes of
the first session last November 26, 2023. Immediately followed by the following agendas;
I. Preparation for Sitio Dugman’s Religious Fiesta 2024;
Presiding Officer SK Chairperson Jobert John Laude presented to the board of council
the activity to be held by the office at Sitio Dugman which would be a joint force between SK

Officials of both Barangays Buluangan II and Tono-an. The event would be named “Sitio
Dugman Religious Fiesta 2024”, a two-day event (2) on January 10-11, 2024.

SK Officials of both Barangays
The Sanggunian of the two barangays; Tono-an and Buluangan II, agreed to do the SK
day on January 11, 2024. SK Member Jezon A. Tamunde seconded the motion for agreement of
the event. Sanggunian will held two acivities; Inter-Purok Basketball Tournament 2024 and
Lin-Ay kang Sitio Dugman 2024.
SK Chairperson Jobert John Laude and the SK Chairperson of Tono-an; Hon. Joebert J.
Arsaga, agreed that the proposed evening activity; Talent Showcase 2024, would be replaced by
“Lin-Ay kang Sitio Dugman 2024”. The pageant will be composed of candidates from the
neighboring barangays of Tono-an, Buluangan II, and Sitio Dugman.
SK Member Jezon A. Tamunde motioned the closing of the agenda whom seconded by
SK Member Reynante L. Lalamonan.
SK Chairperson pass the agreed the following agendas to the council about Sitio
Dugman Fiesta 2024 from the previous joint meeting between Sanggunian of Tono-an and
Buluangan II;
a) Lin- Ay kang Sito Dugman Preparations;
- Candidates will be composed of nine (9) young Katipunan ng Kabataan
members from Sitio Dugman, Barangay Tono-an and Barangay Buluangan II.
Sangguniang Kabataan agrees that the candidates from Buluangan II will be 3 candidates;
Miss Krischelle Ann Flores, Miss Claire Jhustin Catuday and Miss Mia Angela
Laude;
- The board of judges will be composed of five (5) people from different
barangays outside the participating barangays;
- The Master of Ceremony as the Sanggunian agrees would be Mr. Claro Allo
from Barangay Lublub;
- The entrance fee for the SK Night and Lin-Ay kang Sitio Dugman 2024 will be
20 pesos for adults and 10 pesos for children ages below 13 years old;
- Prizes will be discussed followed to the next joint meeting from SK Buluangan
II and SK Tono-an;
- The pageant needs such as certificates for the event participants and judges,
sashes for the winners, trophies, crown, stage decoration, tabulator and covering of Sitio
Gymnasium will be handled by Sanggunian of Buluangan II. The needed tables and
chairs will be divided between Tono-anand Buluangan II; and
- Sanggunian will be distributing solicitation/donation letters to prepare for the
financial need of the event.
II. Clean-Up Drive at Sitio Dugman Plaza 2023;

Presiding Officer SK Chairperson Jobert John Laude opened the motion to discuss with
the counncil especially with the Environmental Protection, Climate Change Adaption and
Disaster Risk Reduction and Resiliency Council; headed by Committee Chairperson Rolie G.
Jauod, the upcoming Clean-Up Drive activity at Sitio Dugman as a preparation for Sitio
Dugman Fiesta 2024.
The activity will be held on December 16, 2024 from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and all
available SK Member and Chairperson will join the drive. The assembly place will be at Sitio
Dugman.
SK Member Rolie G. Jauod motioned the agreement to the event and seconded by SK
Member Mark Anthony M. Casil.
III. Sitio Dugman Gymnasium and Basketball Court Maintenance Project 2023;
As a part of preparation for Sitio Dugman Fiesta 2024, the Sanggunian of Buluangan
II agreed to extend help to Sangguniang Kabataan of Tono-an upon maintaining the gymnasium
and repainting the basketball court of Sitio Dugman. Presiding Officer SK Chairperson
motioned the opening of discussion for the maintenance project.
The maintenance project will be held from December 22 - 23, 2023 and both
Sanggunians of the two (2) barangays will join the activity. The paint will be provided by the
SK Chairperson of both barangays.
SK Member Carl Christian P. Andol took the floor to motion the voting for
agreement into the project which got majority vote of 6 /8 “YES” votes. SK Member Rolie G.
Jauod motioned the closing of the discussion, seconded by SK Member Reynante L. Lalamonan.
IV. Inter-Purok Basketball Tournament for Fiesta 2024;
Presiding Officer SK Chairperson Jobert John M. Laude opened the floor for discussion
for the Inter-Purok Basketball Tournament 2024. The Sanggunian agreed that the facilitator will
be composed of Miss Anjie Lou M. Regondon; SK Secretary, and SK Treasurer Mr. Alexander
B. Flores. SK Member / Sports and Gender Development Committee Chairperson Jezon A.
Tamunde, took the floor to suggest that Buluangan II will have two teams as representatives for
the tournament.

The Sanggunian discussed the Facilitators Rules and Regulation for the tournament
which was agreed majoritive by the council through 7/8 “Agree” vote through the motion of SK
Member Jezon A. Tamunde. SK Member Mark Anthony M. Casil seconded the motion. SK
Chairperson Jobert John M. Laude opened the floor about the agreement between him and SK
Chairperson Joebert J. Arsaga (Barangay Tono-an) about the prizes and and certificates of the
tournament. The Sanggunian of Buluangan II will be assigned to print the certificates of players
and winning teams for the event.
The Sanggunian especially the Sports Committee Chairperson SK Member Jezon A.
Tamunde agrees that Mr. Alexis Roquero of Sitio Dugman and Mr. “Tata” Bernido of Barangay
Tono-an will be the official referee of the tournament. Other needs of the event will be discussed
further at the nest joint meeting of Buluangan II and Tono-an.

V. Closing;
SK Member Reynante Lalamonan motioned to adjourn the session whom seconded by
SK Member Jezon A. Tamunde.
SK Chairperson Jobert John M. Laude reminds Miss Anjie Lou M. Regondon about the
Minutes of the meeting.
