What’s needed in an intro?

 Summarise approach to essay
Nowadays regulating transportation, particularly with
the effects on our environment, is a widely debated
topic. My feeling is that transport options should be
supported but I will examine both sides of the debate.
I also sense that legislation restricting rights would
be difficult.
