an integral member of the UW-Green Bay swim team, I have immersed myself in the world of
competitive swimming, a passion that has been a defining aspect of my life since an early age. The team
environment, where each member motivates and pushes one another to strive for excellence, resonates
deeply with me and is a fundamental reason why I continue to pursue swimming in a collegiate setting.
However, this commitment comes with its challenges, as the demanding training schedule often
requires a delicate balance with work and academic responsibilities. Early morning starts, such as the
4:30 AM sessions for lifting and practice, are not uncommon but underscore my unwavering
commitment to both the sport and my education.
Beyond the pool, my love for continuous learning is a driving force in my life. I avidly explore diverse
realms, ranging from fiction to primarily non-fiction literature, consistently seeking opportunities to
expand my knowledge. Integrating my engineering major into my everyday experiences, I am drawn to
innovative solutions that have the potential to enhance both personal and communal well-being. The
pursuit of novel and impactful ideas fuels my passion for engineering.

immigrants from Poland when they were around my current age, ventured into a new country with
limited resources, solely to provide me with a better future and upbringing. Their sacrifices instill in me a
