It may lead to personal injury or equipment damage! The coil tube in the cleaning head contains fiber. Therefore, the tube should be placed in a natural state, and it is forbidden to twist or bend the tube. Otherwise, the coil diameter will be too small and lead to fiber damage. The SF300CP Laser Cleaner is a Class IV product, which means the direct irradiation, diffusion or diffuse reflection of its laser is harmful to the human body. Its laser is not only especially harmful to eyes but also can burn the skin. Therefore, when operating this equipment, please wear the protective goggles shown as blow. Laser protective goggles are classified according to the wavelength of the laser whose harm they can protect the operator from. Please select the protective goggles according to the wavelength (1064nm) of the laser that is emitted by this equipment. When this equipment is powered on, it is strictly forbidden to point its laser output head toward a person or use its laser output head to illuminate the surface of highly reflective materials, such as copper, aluminum, mirror stainless steel, and other highly reflective materials. 2.4 Safety Instructions for Electricity Before turning on the power, please check the power supply and the circuit, and make sure that there is not any virtual connection, short connection or wrong connection. 1. Ground the product through the PE wire in the power cord and ensure that the grounding is sturdy and secure. 9 / 23 Disconnection of the ground wire can cause the equipment outer casing to be charged, which may result in personal injury to the operator. 2. Please ensure that the AC power supply and its voltage is normal. Incorrect wiring or voltage of the power supply will cause irreversible damage to the laser. 10 / 23 3 Product Introduction 3.1 Overview Laser cleaning is non-grinding, non-contact, non-thermal effect, and suitable for cleaning objects of various materials. Laser cleaning is considered to be the most reliable and effective cleaning method. At the same time, laser cleaning can solve problems that cannot be solved by traditional cleaning methods. The traditional cleaning industry uses a variety of cleaning methods, and most of them are chemical and mechanical methods. As environmental protection regulations become more and more strict and people’s awareness of health and environmental protection is growing, the types of chemicals that are permitted to be used in industrial production cleaning will become less and less. Producers have to find a cleaner and environmentally friendly cleaning method. Laser cleaning equipment is a new generation, high-tech product for surface cleaning. It is easy to install and simple to operate, and can also be automated. It can conduct cleaning without chemical reagents, without medium, without water. Laser Frequency is the repetition frequency of the laser pulse, and its range is 1050KHz. Check and make sure that the power outlet is in good condition and the ground wire is reliably grounded. 2. Check and make sure that the inside and outside of the protective lens of the cleaning head are free of dust and dirt. 3. Check and make sure that all buttons and switches on the machine are in a normal state. 4.2 Steps for Installation Setp 1. Open the package. Check and make sure that the machine is free of damage. Check and make sure that all parts are complete and free of damage. Setp 2. Take out the external power cord, connect the aviation plug to the cleaning machine, and connect the white plug to the power outlet. The power indicator lights up in white after the machined is powered on. 4.3 Steps for Usage Setp 1. Operation buttons and indication information as shown in Figure 5 1) The “Emergency” button should be set to the unscrewed position. 2) Switch the “Key Switch” to the “ON” position. Press the “START” button, the control system is powered on and the indicator of the “START” button lights up. After 12 seconds, the laser source is powered on and enters the running state. 3) Add water into the chiller to the required level, power on the chiller, then check and make sure that the cooling water circulates normally. 4) For the laser source, power on the circuit breaker on its rear panel, then turn the key switch on its front panel to “ON”. Wait for 12 seconds, press the “LASER” button, the indicator light up, indicating the laser source runs normally. 5) Click on the touch screen, set values to the corresponding parameters, and the confirmation button on the screen, then the machine starts the cleaning operation. 15 / 23 FIGURE 5 O PERATION B UTTONS AND I NDICATION INFORMATION Setp 2. Shutting down the machine After the cleaning is completed, switch the “Key Switch” to the “OFF” position and disconnect the circuit breaker located on the side of the machine, then the machine is shut down. 16 / 23 5 Product Design and Structure The laser cleaning machine consists of an optical system, a mechanical system, and an electrical control system. The following is the design of each subsystem. 5.1 The Electrical Control System As shown in Figure 6, the electrical control system consists of the laser source, the core control board, the digital-to-analog converter board, the driver board, the galvanometer, and the 7-inch touch screen. First, the core control board controls the emission and shutdown of the laser through the DB25 interface, and the laser frequency and the laser power can be set through the touch screen. Then, through the galvanometer control interface the core control board controls the digital-to-analog converter board to generate analog control signals to control the driver board, which will drive the galvanometer to generate a cleaning track for cleaning. The collimated beam emitted by the laser source first passes through the mirrors and enters the galvanometer to complete the X-direction scanning. FIGURE 8 DIMENSIONS OF THE WORK PIECE 18 / 23 6 Maintenance Keep the inside of the equipment clean, regularly clean the dust, to prevent the wire from malfunctioning due to dust accumulation. Maintenance of the optical path is illustrated as follows. Before using the equipment, open the protective cover of the field lens to check whether the lens of the cleaning head is contaminated. If it is contaminated, please first wipe it with a cotton swab dipped with alcohol. After use, check again whether the field lens is contaminated. If it is contaminated, please wipe it with a cotton swab dipped with alcohol. Then cover the field lens with the protective cover and put the hand piece on its holder, which is on the right side of the equipment.
