Ask assistance from the principal’s office for the repair of the damaged printer due to the typhoon. Ask permission from the school head to bring the printer to our house since the school is not yet reconnected to electricity. Print SLHTs to be distributed and reprint/reproduce Summative Tests that were ruined. Bayanihan with co -teachers for the bond paper and ink supply due to the reduced stock that were destroyed (wet bond paper, spilt ink). Immediate purchase and/or borrowing of the essential supplies for printing is requested to the school head. Gather the books that are still usable for distribution in case the remaining modules cannot suffice the number of learners. Distribute textbooks/LMs to learners as substitute to destroyed SLHTs/modules. Have the learners answer activities from the books that corresponds to the MELC. Communicate (through messenger and/or phone call/text) with the home tutors and learners to take an inventory of the SLHTs that cannot be returned due to damages brought by the typhoon. January 3- present Technical Assistance Provided The principal immediately held a meeting to account for the damages and the needs of the school and the teachers. During the meeting, the principal also reiterated the importance of Learning Continuity Plan. Teachers were asked for their specific needs to continue printing and were told to submit their requests. Once the request for supplies were made, we promptly purchased the necessary supplies. We also made the initiative to borrow toners for our high-speed photocopier. Printers were made functional and allocated to teachers by schedule of their Calamity Leave, If learners are unable to recover and submit Summative test papers, we will give consideration by providing alternative assessment and/or reprint Summative test papers and redistribute to learners. Have a fixed schedule for retrieval and distribution of SLHTs/modules and communicate this schedule to home tutors through any means you are capable of. Constant reminder of the home tutors and learners for the retrieval and distribution schedule is essential. Once power connection is restored to the main building of the school, use said building as printing area and maximize the reprinting and reproduction of learning materials to be ready for the scheduled distribution. The principal also took an initiative to look for an electrician who could help in the reconnection of the electrical wirings to amplify printing. As a last resort, the principal advised teachers to distribute books as substitute for SLHTs/modules.
