SLHTs/Modules/Test papers as well as Textbooks and other learning
materials.
Ask assistance from the principal’s office for the repair of the damaged
printer due to the typhoon. Ask permission from the school head to bring
the printer to our house since the school is not yet reconnected to
electricity. Print SLHTs to be distributed and reprint/reproduce
Summative Tests that were ruined.
Bayanihan with co -teachers for the bond paper and ink supply due to the
reduced stock that were destroyed (wet bond paper, spilt ink). Immediate
purchase and/or borrowing of the essential supplies for printing is
requested to the school head.
Gather the books that are still usable for distribution in case the remaining
modules cannot suffice the number of learners. Distribute textbooks/LMs
to learners as substitute to destroyed SLHTs/modules. Have the learners

Technical Assistance Provided
The principal immediately held a
meeting to account for the
damages and the needs of the
school and the teachers. During
the meeting, the principal also
reiterated the importance of
Learning Continuity Plan.
Teachers were asked for their
specific needs to continue
printing and were told to submit
their requests. Once the request
for supplies were made, we
promptly purchased the necessary
supplies. We also made the
initiative to borrow toners for our
high-speed photocopier. Printers
were made functional and
allocated to teachers by schedule
of their Calamity Leave,
If learners are unable to recover and submit Summative test papers, we
will give consideration by providing alternative assessment and/or reprint
Summative test papers and redistribute to learners.
Have a fixed schedule for retrieval and distribution of SLHTs/modules
and communicate this schedule to home tutors through any means you are
capable of. Constant reminder of the home tutors and learners for the
retrieval and distribution schedule is essential.
Once power connection is restored to the main building of the school, use
said building as printing area and maximize the reprinting and
reproduction of learning materials to be ready for the scheduled
distribution.

inoperable printers were sent for
repair. The principal also took an
initiative to look for an electrician
who could help in the
reconnection of the electrical
wirings to amplify printing. As a
last resort, the principal advised
teachers to distribute books as
substitute for SLHTs/modules.
